  Went to this store Valley Girl, Epping on 20th March Thursday , between 6.30pm to 7pm, for small shopping, while paying the money, I asked the lady, do you have a rubbish bin as I had an invoice from other shop in my hand. She replied we cannot take any bodys rubbish. I added, in this big store, dont you have any rubbish bin? Her voice tone and facial expression was suddenly changed, which was very rude and unprofessional. I shouldnt have asked, I felt bad. Anyway this was her stating point. I tried to pay by my phone but for some reason transaction declined. I was trying to check what was wrong, she then start making face again, she went out of counter and spin around with frustrated face. I said I will try again, she came back to the counter, my wife who was observing whole scenario said there in internet problem he will try again. My wife also asked her what is your name to the counter lady. She replied very rudely saying that I AM THE STORE MANAGER, you want to complaint take this email as well she pushed the flyer which was on the counter with email details towards me. She added I have seen many of you like this, you want to make complaint go for it. SERIOUSLY, STORE MANAGER and gave the service this way, couldnt believe. I saw in the receipt server name was Isabella. Shopped in Melbourne for 14 15 years but this customer service is a real joke.

  Extremely bad customer service. The staff was avoiding eye contact and no engagement with the customers. I needed some help finding an item but staff didn't help at all and they continued doing their own tasks. They were so rude to us. Worst customer service provided. Just because the store has amazing value for money doesn't mean the customers deserve poor treatment. Very poor management.

  The staff is very rude, no greeting or smile upon eye contact. They manager also was rude to my face and I needed a larger size of something, didn't receive much help from anyone. They are just doing their own thing all the time, avoiding any eye contact or engagement. Poor service
