I needed some help finding an item but staff didn't help at all and they continued doing their own tasks. They were so rude to us. Worst customer service provided. Just because the store has amazing value for money doesn't mean the customers deserve poor treatment. Very poor management.

They manager also was rude to my face and I needed a larger size of something, didn't receive much help from anyone. They are just doing their own thing all the time, avoiding any eye contact or engagement. Poor service
